When should I expect to get my merchandise?
Domestic orders can take up to 30 business days to process and shipping usually takes 1-3 days once it arrives at the post office. All domestic orders come with complimentary upgraded priority shipping and tracking.
For first time international orders require confirmation. Please make sure to double check all your contact information when placing your order to expedite delivery.
Please allow a minimum 14 business days once your order has shipped. We also offer expedited shipping options reducing transit time to 2-3 business days to most locations.
Customs can add additional time to the delivery of your items. Since processing time as well as laws and regulations vary from state to state we ask you seek your local customs office for any questions or concerns.
I got a confirmation email, but the tracking number doesn't appear to be working!
A tracking number is generated when shipping labels are registered printed. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to become active - the package may not have reached the post office and/or been scanned.
